Yes the winning raffle ticket holder must be present at time of raffle to claim their prize.

Raffle tickets can be purchased at the Raffle table at the entrance of the venue for $10 each.

Once you are finished, or at the end of the Casino Games portion of the night (9:00), casino chips can be converted into raffle tickets. For every $100 in casino chips you will be given 1 raffle ticket.
